The Print Lab offers a quality product with SABS approved clothing items and printing materials. We do not charge for the layout or the artwork, all you pay for is the print and items supplied by The Print Lab.
Unlike conventional types of fabric print we choose not to go the silk screen process because we can guarantee that our method is a lot more durable. After a while silk screening prints will eventually fade, crack, and peel. The Print Lab uses a material called Polyflex. Polyflex is like a type of rubber based film which is fused onto the fabric at about 200 degrees Celsius. Polyflex has a life expectancy of about 4 years and can be used on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly-cotton blends and most synthetic fabrics (except nylon). We can complete a print in less than 3 minutes. An order of 100 shirts will take less than 4 hours but that depends on how busy we are at the time. We take pride in our fast turnaround time.
The product has strength and durability because of its stretch factor. It is also washable and UV resistant. So the colour and print won’t fade, peel or crack. The polyflex is available in a wide variety of colours including day glow and reflective.
