We provide our professional service to the public as well as small to large companies.
Very often we get calls from clients wanting to know a price over the phone. Unfortunely we are unable to do this as we custom print we have to see the artwork first so we can see what is involved.
Our clients fill in our Get a Quote form letting us know how many t-shirts they are needed printed as well as the t-shirt colour. We would need an idea of what you would like us to print on your t-shirts, logos, images and wording.
Your idea goes into the design studio where we put a concept design together so you can see what your shirts will look like. You will be sent your concept design either by Email or Whatsapp for approval.
The client comes back and either accepts the concept design or if there are changes to be made it goes back into the design studio. Another concept design will be sent through to you if need be.
Once you accept the concept design you will be sent a formal quotation. If you are happy with our quote we will send you your invoice for payment. Please note: Payment needs to be made up front as we custom print all our t-shirts.
Once you have sent through proof of payment we secure the t-shirts from our suppliers and we start prepping the printing process.
The printing process is very quick and we can normally get an order of 100 t-shirts out in 4 – 5 days. Once your order is ready for collection we will notify you either by Email or Whatsapp.
